Persuasive Speech Sign-up Date

This date is written in stone. Please make sure you show up, well-dressed and fed, on your date.

April 9th & 16th

Please remember to keep the 23rd open as a class date in case we end up needing it.

Persuasive Speech Selection

Please select a topic about which you can persuade people to agree, so therefore it needs to be somewhat controversial. Make sure you enter it under the comment section, and pay attention to whether you are selecting a topic already chosen by another student. This is where it becomes your responsibility to make sure that you are not selecting the same topic. I can not, per the instructions in the book, allow you to present on the same topic. First come, first serve.

Okay, per group discussion, presentations are as follows:

Feb. 26th - Ch. 5, Ch. 11, Ch.6
March 5th - Ch. 4, Ch. 8

Misc. Dates

Process Papers due March 5th
Worksheets assigned for class on March 12th (4 sheets/40 pts. total)
Spring Break March 19th
